Agreement

By accessing or using MyChurchPal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MyChurchPal is a church community platform that helps users discover churches, view service schedules, check in when present, join church message groups, pre-plan attendance, favorite churches, and connect with other members as friends. It is designed for fellowship and belonging in Christ—not as a dating service. Features may change as we improve the product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 8 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must provide consent during onboarding. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your date of birth, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts & conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users—especially minors.
• Post unlawful, deceptive, or inappropriate content.
• Impersonate others or create fake check-ins or profiles.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Use the app to harass, solicit, or pursue romantic/dating contact with minors.
• Use the app for commercial spam without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks.

Location & check-ins

Some features require location access to verify proximity to a church. Location accuracy depends on your device. Check-ins and service plans may be visible to other users as described in the product experience and our Privacy Policy.

Church information

Church profiles, schedules, photos, and related content may be provided by churches, administrators, or other sources. MyChurchPal does not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or endorsed by any particular denomination or congregation.

Safety

Meet people thoughtfully and use common sense. MyChurchPal is not responsible for offline interactions. Report concerning behavior in-app or contact support@mychurchpal.com. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Intellectual property

The MyChurchPal name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, and you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyChurchPal AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using MyChurchPal at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support.
